About the service
How does SaudiWedding work?
You choose the occasion and the services you need, add the approximate date, guest count and city, and we pass your request to wedding vendors in your city, who contact you with their offers.
Is the service free?
Yes — sending a request is free and without obligation. Price and details are agreed directly between you and the vendor.
Can I request more than one service at once?
Yes — you can choose the hall, kosha, photography, hospitality, makeup, zaffa and invitations in the same request.
Can I ask for a female photographer or female staff for the women’s section?
Yes — mention it when vendors contact you and they’ll explain what they can provide. Many families ask for a female photographer for the women’s section.
When should I start booking the hall?
The earlier the better, especially in busy seasons and on weekends. Read our guide to choosing a wedding hall.
Requests and follow-up
Who will contact me after I send a request?
Wedding vendors who work in your city and offer the services you chose, such as halls, planners or photographers.
Do I need to know the exact date?
No — you can choose the month only, or “Not decided yet”. An exact date helps vendors check availability, but it isn’t required to send a request.
Can I be contacted on WhatsApp?
Yes — in the last step you can tick “I prefer to be contacted on WhatsApp” so vendors know your preference.
Can I change my request after sending it?
You can explain any change directly to vendors when they contact you, or send a new request with the updated details.
Do you organise weddings yourselves? Who do I ask about an existing booking?
We don’t organise weddings or provide wedding services ourselves. For questions about an existing booking or a service you agreed, contact the vendor directly.
Privacy and data
How do you use my data?
We use your details only to pass your request to the wedding vendors relevant to it, after your explicit consent. Your rights and how to make a request about your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Do you publish photos or details of my celebration?
No — we never publish details or photos of celebrations. Any photography agreement is directly between you and the photographer.
