Terms of Use

SaudiWedding is an online service, free for users, that lets you send one request for offers from wedding vendors, such as halls, planners, kosha and decoration, photography, catering, makeup, zaffa and invitations, and, with your consent, passes that request to independent vendors in your city.

We are not a hall, a planner or a wedding service provider. We do not organise celebrations or provide the services, set prices, availability or booking and cancellation terms, or take deposits or any other payment for the services.

The content published on the Site, including guides, service and city pages and indicative prices, is general information for reference only; customs and prices vary between cities, families and vendors.

By using the Site, sending a request or registering as a vendor through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

To send a request you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract under the laws in force in the Kingdom.

We may refuse or decline to pass on any request, or restrict access to the Site, where we consider that its use breaches these terms or the law.

Sending a request is free and does not commit you to accept any offer or book any service.

We aim to pass your request to suitable vendors, but we do not guarantee how many offers you will receive, when, at what price, or that any vendor will be available on your date. This depends on the services, your city and the date of the celebration.

Offers, prices and booking, deposit and cancellation terms come from vendors alone, and any agreement is made directly between you and the vendor. We recommend that you agree the service details, price, deposit and cancellation terms in writing before you pay, and keep the receipts.

We are not a party to any agreement between you and a vendor, and we are not responsible for the quality of the service, keeping appointments, refunding deposits or any dispute about a booking. Any agreement about photography and keeping or publishing photos is directly between you and the photographer.

We aim to pass requests to vendors operating lawfully in the Kingdom and serving the cities we cover. Each vendor is responsible for holding the licences its activity requires and for complying with the laws that govern it.

A vendor registering through the Site confirms that its details are accurate and that it is authorised to represent the business. Registration does not oblige us to accept the partnership or to send any particular number of requests. Detailed partnership terms are set out in a separate agreement once a partnership is accepted.

A vendor that receives a request must use the user’s data only for that request, respect the privacy of the user and their family, contact the user courteously and in the way they preferred, and stop contacting the user when asked to.

All content on the Site, including text, design, the logo, software and the way they are arranged, is owned by or licensed to SaudiWedding and protected by the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom.

You may view the content and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, modify or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.

Names of halls, hotels and brands mentioned on the Site, if any, belong to their owners and are used for identification only; they do not imply a partnership.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, complete or suitable for your occasion, or that the Site will operate without interruption.

The indicative prices, tips and timelines on the Site are a guide only and are no substitute for checking the details with the vendor before you book.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content, or for any service, offer or act of a vendor.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws in force in the Kingdom.

The Site may contain links to websites, accounts or services run by others. We provide these links for convenience only, we do not control their content or privacy practices and we are not responsible for them; your use of them is governed by those parties’ terms.

We may change these terms at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Changes take effect from the date they are published, and your continued use of the Site after publication means you accept the amended terms.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without any obligation to you.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The competent courts and judicial authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the Site. Before that, both parties will try to settle the dispute amicably.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These terms are written in Arabic and English. If there is any difference or conflict between the two texts, the Arabic text prevails.
